STREET FESTIN IT

Aaaah man I hate it when this happens and I wake up early after a night out and then I can't get back to sleep! I dunno if it's cos the liquids still in my system or cos I'm just over thinking and tryna recall the entire story of last night? I dunno but anyway I gotta try dig out the flicks in a bit aaaah and I just remembered the blue Montana I got all over my trousers and mi bag or as people was tryna say last night "all over your chinos" dicks! Anyway I'm over happy I stayed on the bus and ended up goin Street Fest especially after Tony try tell me it's swag then when I rolled onto the dance floor and actually recognized anyone she's the first one I clocked getting down in her Mr Motivator outfit haha go orn Tone. Ahhhh man it's all cumin back to me now Spat the mad man bumped into him as soon as I come in with a box on Monties boooogart special! have to big him up for bringing me in on that one tho just a shame the ting for the free Adidas kicks had been baited up by the time I tried it cos of certain crackheads.

I dunno what happened with that after party thing at the Corneshop tho........all I can say is I don't blame them lot for duckin out after just chillin outside for like 10 minits but yeh it woulda been nice for someone to tell me MUGS! The journey home was a joke ting tho....rooftops Peescoop and a patty for the bop....another East London mission accomplished.

NUNHEAD PAINTWORKS

Cuhhhh yesterday made me think the summers really here to stay....then we have weather like today. So i got caught up in a situation that coulda been fatal and just hope i dont get dragged back in to it. Anyway....passed tru Nunhead for the first time in a while and see a few nice bits....yeh thanks for waiting case!....but the evening....lets just say the heats here without the summer.

A TIME OF MEDITATION

What a humbling day....

Not everything needs to be mentioned when it comes to the details of why I say that, but the thing is I'm just happy for the small piece of wisdom that I have....it may not be a lot but it's something special that not a lot of people will be blessed with anytime soon.

Don't take their word for it, before you open your mouth and start thinking your smart meditate so as to answer and make sure you've sourced the information yourself....now don't tell me you've forgotten the saying about the Chinese?........

Just be real to yourself, that's one of the most important lessons in life that can't be taught. You came from your mothers belly with NOTHING and you'll go to your grave the same way.

Wisdom is the prime thing, acquire wisdom....and with all that you acquire, acquire understanding.

THEY CEASE TO EXIST

Suli Breaks - R.I.P

Near enough a whole day spent in and on my bed, now thaaaats what Sundays are about! I was speaking to a lady earlier today who was telling me about the loss of her daughter....im just glad WE have the knowledge to be able to overcome such misfortunes....see lifes full of em! financial, health, emotional....but there'll be a day....

Anyway i see this quite a while back and had been tryna remember where to find it all day, but when i took the dogs for a walk (i say take em for a walk, but i really wanted to get some chocolate from the shop and thought id take them with me, anywayyyy!) i was walking tryna remember the name of the guy in this video but its such an irregular name it was just impossible....just reflecting on todays events reminded me of the name of the poem itself....this ones for Jackie....

So here i am....second day back in England and when i wake up in a few hours time its gunna be back on with my same old grind....the amount of people that have asked me though "ahhhh how was it in Portugal?"....they all get the same answer........"yeah it was alright ya know, nuffin special, was just a nice little break"....
